Our Journey

Lakshmi Forging is built on years of hands-on manufacturing experience and a commitment to quality. Our founder began his career as a production supervisor in a manufacturing company, where he gained valuable expertise in production, quality control, and precision engineering.

With a passion for manufacturing and entrepreneurship, he established a flux manufacturing business in 2009. Building on this foundation and years of industry knowledge, he expanded into the forging sector by founding Lakshmi Forging in 2015.

Today, backed by 17 years of manufacturing experience, Lakshmi Forging has grown into a trusted manufacturer of high-quality forged components, Olets, eye bolts, and custom-engineered products designed to meet diverse industrial requirements.

Our Manufacturing Process

Design & DFM Review

We review customer drawings for Design for Manufacturability, identifying opportunities to reduce material, cycle time, and cost without compromising function.

Die Design & Tooling

In-house die CAD/CAM, FEM flow simulation, and precision tool manufacture ensure first-time process capability.

Forging & Heat Treatment

Material grade selection, billet heating, press/hammer forming, trimming, and controlled heat treatment to achieve target microstructure.

Inspection & Dispatch

100% visual, dimensional CMM check, and sampling for NDT and mechanical testing. Documented traceability before dispatch.
